Does my insurance recognize the tracker?+
Yes. Be Track is approved by the major French insurance companies — present the certificate we provide to get discounts on your policy.
What happens if my vehicle is stolen?+
You receive an instant alert. We cooperate with law enforcement to locate your vehicle 24/7, including in difficult coverage areas.
Are there any limits on the plan?+
No. Alerts, backups and data connection are unlimited, included in the €149/year subscription.
Can I track multiple vehicles?+
Yes. The platform supports individuals and professional fleets. Contact us for pricing tailored to your fleet.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The first 30 days are free on every plan, with no commitment. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.

How is the fleet plan priced?+
Fleet plans are billed per device per month (from €9.90 excl. VAT), with volume discounts above 10 devices. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you offer an API for integration?+
Yes. Fleet customers get API access to positions, alerts, and reports. Webhooks are available for real-time events. Documentation is shared after onboarding.
