**Data we collect** — Account data (name, email, phone), billing and shipping address, payment information (stored via our payment provider, never on our servers), device location (GPS coordinates, speed, direction, timestamps), alerts, and usage analytics.
**Why we process your data** — To deliver the Be Track service (tracking, alerts), process orders and invoices, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
**Retention** — Location history is retained for 12 months. Account and billing records are retained for the duration of our contractual relationship plus the applicable legal retention (up to 10 years for accounting records).
**Sharing** — We do not sell your data. We share only with: our payment processor, our SMS gateway for alerts, our installation partners (for scheduling only), and law enforcement when legally required.
