**14-day right of withdrawal** — You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind. No justification required.
**How to return** — Email contact@be-track.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid label within one business day.
**Condition** — Returned devices must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accessories. A device showing physical damage or tampering cannot be accepted.
**Refund** — Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned device, on the original payment method. Shipping fees on the original order are refunded unless the return is not due to a fault on our side.
**Subscription** — If you cancel within the 30-day free trial, no charge applies. After the trial, subscriptions can be cancelled from your account — the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
**Warranty repairs** — A defective device within warranty is repaired or replaced at our expense.
